When you send an enquiry we receive your name, e-mail address, optional phone number, and the details you give about your event: type, dates, number of guests, location and any message.
Why we use it
Solely to answer your enquiry and to organise the event you asked about. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and are removed after that.
Your rights
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will action it.
